Through thousands of coaching sessions across six continents, Novus has helped leaders at some of the most recognized organizations in the world unlock extraordinary results.
He is also the founder of Meta Performance™ Institute, a leadership development organization dedicated to helping high-performing individuals and teams transcend their current limits and achieve what they once thought impossible.
In addition to his work in coaching and leadership, Jason is the founder of Multidox Media, a film and media production company. He produced Sovereign, a documentary film exploring themes of purpose, leadership, and what it means to live a noble life.
Jason is the author of two books. Spark: Transform Your World One Small Risk at a Time was published in 2012, offering a practical framework for personal transformation through courageous action. His second book, Beyond High Performance, became a USA Today bestseller and explores the mental and emotional frameworks that separate truly exceptional leaders from the merely successful.
