IT'S OKAY. 4 Weeks of Sparking Peace.

So starting May 8th I'll be doing a 4-week small group experiment that will ask this question:

What is peace and how do we create more of it in our lives?

A recent study done by the American Journal of Preventative Medicine revealed that there are many psychological issues that are probably affected by the time of the year.  In the United States, mental illness symptoms go up in January (when it's cold and dark).  Anorexia and Bulimia symptoms go up in the winter as well as ADHD and Schizophrenia.

You know what the research said stays constant all year round?

Anxiety.

What would you do with more peace in your life?  How would your work change?  Your relationships?  Your spirituality?

When we're more peaceful we're more productive, more creative, more focused, more present in our relationships.  Peace creates the bedrock for all sustainable spiritual growth. 

So we're going to give one month to taking 4 risks to live more peaceful lives.

We're calling the experience, "IT'S OKAY."

We'll be meeting downtown May 8, 16, 22 and 29 from 8:30pm to 10pm.  You're invited.
